يغطي هذا البيان تسجيل الدخول باستخدام Google إلى تطبيق PADEL وتكامل Google المنفصل الذي يديره مالك بادل عربي لأعمال البيانات والتحرير. لكل مسار غرضه وبياناته كما هو موضح أدناه.
بيانات تسجيل الدخول إلى تطبيق PADEL
عند اختيار Google لتسجيل الدخول، نستخدم معرّف حساب Google واسم العرض والبريد الموثّق اللذين تسمح بمشاركتهما لإنشاء حسابك والتحقق من الدخول وعرض ملفك ومزامنة المفضلة والتفضيلات. نحفظ بيانات الجلسة والتفويض اللازمة لتجديد الدخول، ونحمي تفويض Google المحفوظ بالتشفير على الخادم. يمكنك تعديل اسم العرض، وهو تسمية يختارها المستخدم وليس اسمًا قانونيًا موثّقًا.
تظهر بيانات ملف الحساب لك ولمالك الخدمة في لوحة إدارة محمية لتشغيل الحساب وتقديم الدعم. تساعد Google في التحقق من الهوية، وتعالج خدمة حساب PADEL البيانات اللازمة للمزامنة، وتساعد Cloudflare في نقل اتصال HTTPS وحمايته. لا تُباع بيانات الهوية أو المفضلة، ولا تُستخدم لتخصيص الإعلانات، ولا تُرسل إلى مهام التحرير في n8n أو إلى Gemini أو Telegram أو Instagram. لا ندمج الحسابات تلقائيًا لمجرد تطابق البريد.
تُحفظ بيانات الحساب اللازمة ما دام الحساب قائمًا. يمكنك اختيار «حذف الحساب» داخل التطبيق؛ تحاول الخدمة إلغاء تفويض Google المحفوظ أولًا، ثم تحذف بيانات الحساب والتفضيلات والأجهزة والجلسات والتنبيهات المرتبطة من قاعدة الخدمة النشطة عند نجاح الإلغاء. إذا تعذر الإلغاء، تعرض الخدمة خطأ ولا تدّعي اكتمال الحذف. ويمكنك أيضًا إلغاء اتصال التطبيق من حساب Google؛ إلغاء الاتصال وحده لا يعني حذف كل البيانات المحفوظة في الخدمة.
لم تُحدد مدة احتفاظ ثابتة للنسخ الاحتياطية أو سجلات التشغيل؛ لا نعد بحذفها خلال مدة غير مقررة. تشرح سياسة خصوصية التطبيق المرتبطة أدناه بيانات الجهاز والتنبيهات والإحصاءات الاختيارية وبقية طرق الدخول. إحصاءات الاستخدام متوقفة افتراضيًا ومستقلة عن بيانات حساب Google.
تكامل الإدارة عبر n8n
البيانات والغرض منها
يصل التكامل إلى محتوى جداول Google Sheets المهيأة في مهامه، بما فيها بيانات البطولات واللاعبين والمباريات والمصادر والأخبار، ويقرأ الصفوف ويضيفها ويحدثها بحسب المهمة. يستخدم أيضاً بيانات ملفات Google Drive للتعرف على الملفات واختيارها. صلاحيات الحساب الممنوحة قد تتيح وصولاً أوسع من الجداول المستخدمة حالياً؛ يمكن مراجعة الصلاحيات في حساب Google.
تُستخدم هذه البيانات لتحديث سجلات بادل عربي وتشغيل مهام جمع المعلومات والتحرير وإعداد مسودات الأخبار. يحتفظ التكامل برموز التفويض اللازمة للاتصال بخدمات Google دون طلب تسجيل الدخول في كل تشغيل.
التخزين والمعالجة والمشاركة
تُحفظ اعتمادات الربط في مخزن اعتمادات n8n المشفر على جهاز المالك. وقد توجد بيانات العمل في ملفات الحالة وسجلات التنفيذ والمسودات والنسخ الاحتياطية المحلية، إلى جانب الجداول الأصلية في Google. لا يعني تشفير الاعتمادات أن جميع ملفات العمل مشفرة بالطريقة نفسها.
قد يُرسل نص تحريري مختار من سجلات الأخبار والمصادر إلى Google Gemini لإعداد مسودة. وقد تُرسل مسودات الأخبار إلى مجموعة العمل المهيأة في Telegram للمراجعة. ويمكن نشر المحتوى التحريري المعتمد في قنوات بادل عربي، ومنها الموقع وInstagram، وفق المهام وإجراءات النشر التي يحددها المالك. هذه المسارات تتعلق بالمحتوى التحريري المختار، ولا تتطلب نشر رموز تفويض Google أو كشفها.
إيقاف الوصول وحذف النسخ
يمكن لمالك حساب Google إلغاء وصول التطبيق من إعدادات اتصالات حساب Google. يمنع ذلك استمرار الوصول المصرح به عبر هذا الربط، لكنه لا يحذف تلقائياً الجداول الأصلية أو البيانات التي سبق حفظها في سجلات التنفيذ أو الملفات أو النسخ الاحتياطية أو القنوات المنشور فيها المحتوى.
للاستفسار عن الربط أو طلب مراجعة البيانات المحفوظة وحذفها، تواصل مع مشغل التكامل عبر [email protected]. يشمل تحديد نطاق الحذف موضع البيانات والنسخ المتاحة وأي محتوى سبق نقله أو نشره.
This notice covers Google sign-in to the PADEL app and the separate Google integration operated by Padel Arabic’s owner for data and editorial work. Each use has its own purpose and data, described below.
PADEL app sign-in data
When you choose Google sign-in, we use the Google account identifier, display name and verified email you authorize to create and authenticate your account, show your profile and sync favorites and preferences. We store session and authorization data needed to renew sign-in, and encrypt stored Google authorization on the server. You can edit your display name; it is a user label, not a verified legal name.
Your account profile is visible to you and the service owner in a protected administration dashboard for account operation and support. Google verifies identity, the PADEL account service processes synchronization data, and Cloudflare helps carry and protect HTTPS connections. Identity and favorite data are not sold or used to personalize promotions, and are not sent to n8n editorial workflows, Gemini, Telegram or Instagram. Accounts are not automatically merged merely because email addresses match.
Necessary account data is retained while the account exists. You can choose Delete account in the app; the service first attempts to revoke stored Google authorization, then removes the associated account, preferences, devices, sessions and notification data from the active service database when revocation succeeds. If revocation fails, the service reports an error and does not claim deletion is complete. You can also revoke the app connection in your Google account; revocation alone does not mean all data held by the service has been deleted.
No fixed retention period has been established for backups or operational logs; we do not promise deletion within an unspecified deadline. The linked app privacy policy explains device and notification data, optional statistics and other sign-in methods. Usage statistics are off by default and separate from Google account data.
Administration integration through n8n
Data and purpose. The integration accesses the Google Sheets configured in its workflows, including tournament, player, match, source and news records. It reads, adds and updates rows according to each workflow. It also uses Google Drive file metadata to identify and select files. Granted account permissions may permit broader access than the spreadsheets currently used; permissions can be reviewed in the Google account. The data supports Padel Arabic records, information collection, editorial work and news drafts. Authorization tokens allow the integration to connect to Google services without requesting a fresh sign-in on every run.
Storage, processing and sharing. Connection credentials are stored in n8n's encrypted credential store on the owner's computer. Working data may also be held in local state files, execution records, drafts and backups, as well as the original Google spreadsheets. Credential encryption does not mean that every working file is encrypted in the same way. Selected editorial text from news and source records may be sent to Google Gemini to prepare a draft. News drafts may be sent to the configured Telegram work group for review. Approved editorial content may be published on Padel Arabic channels, including its website and Instagram, through the workflows and publication procedures configured by the owner. These paths concern selected editorial content and do not require publishing or disclosing Google authorization tokens.
Revocation and deletion. The Google account owner can revoke access in Google account connections. Revocation prevents continued authorized access through that connection, but does not automatically delete original spreadsheets or data previously retained in execution records, files, backups or publication channels. Questions about the connection or requests to review and delete retained data can be sent to the integration operator at [email protected]. The deletion scope depends on where data and copies are held and whether content has already been transferred or published.
